Acceptance of Terms

By using LinkClick.org, herein referred as Link Click Directory, in any way you agree to comply with the following terms, which we may update without prior notice. We encourage you to check back the terms here at any time.

To use Link Click Directory, you must be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.

Privacy Policy

The only Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about you (that is, your name, e-mail, physical address, or telephone number) that LinkClick.org receives is any PII you choose to include in the submission form if you submit a site for consideration for inclusion in Link Click Directory. We do not use it for any marketing purposes or share it with any outside companies. However, we do use this information for communication with you for updating the status of submitted link.

When you access Link Click Directory, we automatically receive certain information from your browser, including your browser type and version; access date and time; your IP address; the Link Click page you have requested; and in case of a search, the specific search terms requested. We use this information for the purposes of security, and rendering requested information efficiently. For "Search Terms" we store this information to learn more about how you use Link Click Directory, and to improve the quality and usefulness of the LinkClick.org. We do NOT link any of this information with PII, nor do we share this information with any outside companies.

We may preserve or disclose information about users, including those who submit sites for possible inclusion in Link Click Directory, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that doing so is necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Netscape, its users, or the public; or (e) administering Link Click.

Security/ No Disruption

You will not disrupt the functioning of the LinkClick.org or otherwise act in a way that interferes with other users' use of the Link Click Directory.

Indemnity

You will indemnify LinkClick.org, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related in any way to your use of or conduct on LinkClick.org.

Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE ACCURACY, QUALITY, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, OR OTHER MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH LINKCLICK.ORG, AND YOU SHOULD NOT RELY UPON THEM. WE PROVIDE THIS SERVICE ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND LINKCLICK.ORG, ITS EMPLOYEES, DISTRIBUTORS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ITS CONTENT OR DELIVERY, OR FOR ANY FORM OF LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF KNOWN TO US) THAT MAY RESULT FROM ITS USE. We are not responsible for any failure to remove or delay in removing harmful, inaccurate, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content on Link Click Directory originating with or otherwise provided by third parties.

Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the content on Link Click Directory and its design, structure, and compilation are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Unless otherwise noted, you may view, copy, download, and print content from LinkClick.org so long as you use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes and do not post, distribute, or modify them or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. Unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties. For permission to use third-party materials appearing on or linked from LinkClick.org, please contact the copyright owner.

Linklick.org Rights

We may edit, move, or delete any content in Link Click Directory (including content that you have provided) or terminate all or part of it without notice or liability for any reason anytime, if found against the Submission Policies & Guidelines of LinkClick.org at our sole discretion. You acknowledge that LinkClick.org has unfettered editorial discretion to determine the structure and content of the Link Click Directory. You agree to waive any claim related to the inclusion, placement, exclusion, or removal of any site in Link Click Directory or to the title or description of any site appearing in the Link Click Directory.

Links to Third-Party Sites

As is the nature of Link Click Directory we do provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. We do not control these sites and resources, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for any aspects of those sites, including their availability, content, accuracy, legality or delivery of services. It is also important to check the privacy policies of these Web sites to understand how they may collect or use information. You waive any claim resulting from your exposure to material on or through the Link Click Directory that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable.

Agreement to Submission Policies

In addition to these terms, if you submit your site in Link Click Directory, you agree to comply with and be bound by the LinkClick.org Submission Policies & Guidelines.

Submission Policies & Guidelines

To keep the Link Click Directory running smoothly we have set up policies for submitting. We may reject, delete, or edit submissions that violate these policies or that we otherwise believe, in our sole discretion, should not be included in the directory. We may also reject, delete, or block other sites that we believe to be associated with a user who has violated these policies. You should take a few moments to understand these policies and the steps to submit a site before you begin

Step One

Determine whether a site is appropriate for submission to Link Click Directory:

  • Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain identical content, but have altogether different URLs.
  • Do not submit URLs that contain only the same or similar content as other sites you may have listed in the directory. Sites with overlapping and repetitive content are not helpful to users of the directory. Multiple submissions of the same or related sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites.
  • Do not disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once. Example: http://www.example.com and http://www.example.com/index.html
  • Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address.
  • The Link Click Directory has a policy against the inclusion of sites with illegal content. Examples of illegal material include child pornography; libel; material that infringes any intellectual property right; and material that specifically advocates, solicits or abets illegal activity.
  • Web Sites related to Online Drug, Fake Diploma, Tobacco, weapons, pirating, hacking, spamming and infecting will be rejected.
  • Do not submit sites "under construction”.
  • Do not submit sites consisting largely of affiliate links.
  • Do not submit Sub Domain links.
  • When choosing a title, remember it should be a TITLE and not any of the following: an enumeration of keywords, a description, it should NOT contain "......", "|" , your url, other urls , other strange signs, NO uppercase words

Step Two

Do a quick search in Link Click Directory to be sure your site isn't already listed.

Step Three

Identify the single best category for your site. You should submit a site to the single most relevant category. Sites submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories may be rejected or removed.

Step Four

Once you've selected the best category for your site follow the instructions on the submission form carefully. Descriptions of sites should describe the content of the site concisely and accurately. They should not be promotional in nature.

Sites submitted using auto-submission tools are flagged and deleted after the submission is accepted, without notification to you. Persistent automatic submission may force us to ban you from LinkClick.org.

Procedure after your Site is submitted

You will receive an email confirmation mail in your registered email account with a URL to click and confirm the same. The link given in the email is unique and lasts for 5 days from the date of submission.

Once you have confirmed your email the request will be forwarded to Link Click Directory Moderator who will review your submission to determine whether to include it in the directory.

Depending on the volume of submissions, it may take upto 7 days to review your submission.

Updating Your Site

If a site has been accepted for inclusion in the directory but you are dissatisfied with how the site is categorized, titled, or described, you may write to the Webmaster at webmaster@linkclick.org.

If you don't agree to all of the points above and don't act accordingly kindly do not submit your page to this Link Click Directory.
